"Milk is a secretion that female mammals make that is designed to feed their babies. Never intended that as adults we would be drinking our own milk let alone the milk of another species."


 






Dr. Milton Mills is a medical doctor is a medical doctor who works in the Critical Care Department of the United Medical Center in Washington, D.C. Dr. Mills is an alumni of Stanford University School of Medicine and he finished his Internal Medicine residency at Georgetown University Hospital. He also the author of peer-reviewed articles in which he states that the promotion of dairy is a form of institutional racism as many people of color are lactose intolerant. He was also featured in the popular health documentary What The Health.


In this episode, Dr. Mills shares his input on topics such as carbohydrate, meat, dairy, omega-3 / fish oils, and vitamin B12. He also argues that people should strive to consume a plant-based diet and to eliminate animal products from their diet (meat, dairy, eggs, fish, etc.) due to the disease prevention and health promotion consequences.
