"I have a high suffering mind, body, and spirit. It's just how I'm built. On the bike, It was like 'ok, this is never gonna be as terrible as it was before,' the suffering part and it's always going to end. Right? The race always ends. The interval always ends. But when I was in my eating disorder, I didn't know when it was going to end or if it was going to end so it was a lot easier to suffer on the bike. "
