I had the opportunity to sit down and speak with Dr. Kim Williams at the International Conference on Nutrition in Medicine in Washington, DC that was hosted by the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. In this episode, we covered topics such as why dietary cholesterol, saturated fat, omega-3 fish oils, and heme-iron are harmful as well as Dr. William's thoughts on the changes that need to take place in healthcare.

Dr. Kim Williams is a vegan cardiologist and a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. Dr. Williams was also the former President of the American College of Cardiology from 2015 to 2016 is currently a trustee of the organization. In addition, he is a faculty member of Rush University where he works with 21.75 other vegan cardiologists to prevent and reverse cardiovascular disease.
