Toni Pressley is an American professional soccer player for the Orlando Pride soccer team. Toni has also played in many other teams around the world such as the Western New York Flash, Washington Spirit, Ryazan VDV, and various United States national youth teams and is a member of the United States women's national under-23 soccer team.
In this episode, I talk with Toni about how she got into soccer, her journey to becoming a professional soccer player, and her training regimen. We also talked about her vegan diet and lifestyle, the "What's Cookin' with Toni Pressley" series, working with a nutritionist, and balancing her work and personal life when traveling. Because after all, we are all the things!
